About Alexandra Cerullo, Founder of Second Breath Co.

Second Breath Co. was created for people who look like they’re “doing fine” on the outside—but feel exhausted, disconnected, or quietly unraveling on the inside.

I’m a recovery-informed coach with lived experience in addiction, burnout, nervous system dysregulation, and the long road back to myself. My work is grounded in both formal training and the kind of wisdom you can only earn by living it: early sobriety, emotional re-education, rebuilding trust with my body, and learning how to regulate instead of override.

I specialize in helping high-functioning individuals slow down safely, reconnect to their nervous system, and create sustainable recovery—not just from substances, but from survival mode itself. My approach integrates nervous system regulation, somatic practices, emotional literacy, and recovery-based frameworks (including 12-step principles), all delivered in a way that is compassionate, practical, and deeply human.

Second Breath Co. is not about fixing you. It’s about helping you remember how to breathe again—how to feel without flooding, rest without guilt, and build a life that doesn’t require escape.

This work is personal. It’s informed, trauma-aware, and rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t come from pushing harder—it comes from learning how to listen, regulate, and respond with care.
